Academy/Global Jutsu System ================================= Out of the Ninjutsu/Genjutsu Lists, each character is allowed to take a certain number of techniques out of the list (depending on rank) that are considered academy or basic (must be labled as such), or in the academy level stage (Stage One). This includes Village Lists. Remember to label those as your academies. This does not include unique lists, universal lists, or Taijutsu. Only Village or Global lists.
Genin - 2 Chuunin - 3 Jounin - 4
Taking these jutsu does not require one to take a Global Ninjutsu/Genjutsu List. However it is a requirement to take the Village list an academy may belong to. If taken from the Global lists, list that it is taken from it, and which stage.
You are allowed to take a number of jutsu out of the Global list without being required to take the actual list by buying them. The total amount of jutsu taken (Global Academies + other globals) cannot equal more than 6. This is a combination of both Global lists. After 6, a Global list must be taken.
For example, a Genin can take Kawarimi and Henge, and can have 4 more jutsu in the Global Ninjutsu List, but not as free academies.
However, one can only take a Global jutsu in Stage Order. The Global lists are set up so that all the necessary academies are in order up to Stage Three. There is no need to skip levels.
